A French car manufacturer explores new mobility and connectivity services
Challenges
The car manufacturer aimed to learn about the latest innovations and trends about new mobilities and connectivity services, in the Chinese ecosystem and connect with major Chinese economic actors.
Methodology
To answer these challenges, we co-designed with their team a learning expedition during 1 week in Shenzhen.
We met with new mobility players, tech vendors, accelerators and startups. We also facilitated debriefing sessions every day and a 2 hours workshop.
Outcomes (average note of participants: 8.6/10)
Acquired knowledge on best practices to be implemented, new services that each team will work on, and an individual roadmap on partnerships and measures of success.
