An insurance leader leverages new and emerging technologies to address new business challenges



Challenges
The APAC team of an international insurance leader wanted its CEOs of different business units and their emerging talents to gain out-of-classroom learning experience on digital transformation, and to deepen their understanding of one of their emerging consumers – millennials. The client wanted to gain a greater alignment and confidence amongst participants to roll out future digital transformation initiatives.
Methodology
The 2.5 days of the learning expedition in Shanghai consisted of visits with a disruptive insurance player, innovators from out of the industry, a digital city experience tour and a reverse mentoring millennial session.
Outcomes
Our client gave us a 8.4/10 grade
