A French e-commerce B2B leader commits its team to the company's CSR policy

Challenges

A French e-commerce B2B leader wanted to create a shared vision in their leadership team on how to be more committed in Corporate Social Responsibility at the group level. Their ambition was to understand the current trends in sustainability and circular economy in order to learn how to have a long term positive impact on the company’s stakeholders, especially for the society and their customers

Methodology

We facilitated a week-long learning expedition for the executive committee in Amsterdam to meet with Dutch startups and social enterprises who are leading the way in different aspects of sustainability, climate change, circular economy, people development and people inclusion. We finished the week with a day-long workshop to create an action plan for the company based on the key learning points of the week.

Outcomes

Our client gave us a 9.1/10 grade
